We ask you to please share the app with your friends and contacts. The more people you know that use RefAura, better your results will be.

We will display a list of featured service professionals that you can also contact. Please mention that you found them on RefAura.

You can text message, email or simply call us directly. A chat option through the app will be made available later on.
That’s up to you. You can decide based on who you connected through. You can also ask your mutual contacts for a referral or feedback. For example: Are they reliable? Honest? Priced fair? Etc. You might choose to message all of the electricians and decide based on your conversation.
Your contacts are only used for processing. We require them to do the “RefAura Magic” and display a service professional that you know through one of your contacts. We'll never share your any of your contacts with any anyone else.
Unfortunately not, as the whole purpose of the app is built on that. Have you looked at our Privacy Policy? It's pretty air tight.
Yes, your security is our top priority, and we take privacy very seriously. We use bank grade encryption and security levels so that your information stays secure.
Not unless you explicitly ask us to via the share function in the app.
